CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

Bioinspired Passive Tactile Sensors Enabled by Reversible Polarization of Conjugated Polymers
Highlights Fully organic and passive tactile sensors are developed via mimicking the sensing behavior of natural sensory cells. Controllable polarizability of conjugated polymers is adopted for the first time to construct passive tactile sensors. Machine

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) with improved stability and extended π-conjugation structure are highly desirable. Here, two imine-linked COFs were converted into ultrastable and π-conjugated fused-aromatic thieno[3,2-c]pyridine-linked COFs (B-COF-2

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Synthesis and Characterization of Functionalized, Fully pi-Conjugated Cyclo[n]thiophenes
This thesis complies the synthesis and characterization of functionalized, fully pi-conjugated cyclo[n]thiophenes. The functionalization was realized by the implementation of electron donating and accepting units, as well as perpherically functionalized ...

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.
