Massive data mining and analysis platform design for fully mechanized working face

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2023
The current real-time and integrity of massive data acquisition in fully mechanized working faces are poor. The abnormal data cleaning takes a long time. The data mining delays are large. This leads to low utilization rate of fully mechanized working data and incapability to assist management in issuing decision-making instructions in real-time.

Climate Change Agricultural Comparative Advantage and the US Trade Balance

open access: yesApplied Economic Perspectives and Policy, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Current science indicates that warming and elevated atmospheric CO2 will have ambiguous results for crop productivity depending on crop type and geographic location, whereas increased heat stress makes livestock and human labor less productive.

Study of Abutment Pressure on Fully Mechanized Working Face Advancing Speed

open access: yesMine Engineering, 2016
In coal mine production, the speed of working face advancing is one of the important factors affecting the support pressure.

Target detection of the fully mechanized working face based on improved YOLOv4

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2023
The accurate detection of key equipment and personnel in the fully mechanized working face is an important link to realize the information perception of intelligent coal mining. The traditional target detection algorithm realizes the target detection by extracting the features manually.

Do outgrower schemes enhance technology adoption and productivity? Evidence from maize farmers in Northern Ghana

open access: yesAgribusiness, EarlyView.
Abstract Nucleus outgrower schemes are contractual arrangements where well‐resourced large‐scale farmers (nucleus farmers) are empowered by development support agencies to take charge of smallholder farmers, by providing them with market access and the necessary training on agronomic practices and farm inputs for production.
