A multifunctional hydroxyapatite (HAp) coating integrated with silver‐gallium liquid metal nanoparticles (HAp‐Ag‐GaNPs) exhibits dual antibacterial and osteogenic properties. It effectively inhibits Gram‐positive and Gram‐negative bacteria, including resistant strains, while enhancing bone regeneration.

Evaluating electrophysiological and behavioral measures of neural health in cochlear implant users: a computational simulation study [PDF]
Neural health refers to the condition and functionality of the auditory nerve fibers (ANFs),which are crucial for transmitting sound signals from the cochlea to the brain. However, neural health cannot be directly measured due to current technological limitations. We utilize a computational model to evaluate different indirect methods for estimating ANF

Photoswitchable Conductive Metal–Organic Frameworks
A conductive material where the conductivity can be modulated remotely by irradiation with light is presented. It is based on films of conductive metal–organic framework type Cu3(HHTP)2 with embedded photochromic molecules such as azobenzene, diarylethene, spiropyran, and hexaarylbiimidazole in the pores.

TelEdge: Haptic Tele-Communication of a Smartphone by Electro-Tactile Stimulation Through the Edges [PDF]
We present TelEdge, a novel method of remote haptic communication using electrical stimulation through the edges of the smartphone. The aim of this study is to explore communications that can be created by adding touch sensing and haptic feedback using the electrical edge display to conventional audio-visual functionality.

Self‐organized Criticality in Neuromorphic Nanowire Networks With Tunable and Local Dynamics
Memristive nanowire networks (NWNs) are shown to be electrically tunable to a critical state where specific local dynamics evaluated by multiterminal characterization are exploited as feature selection in nonlinear transformation (NLT) tasks.

Intelligent modelling and control with fatigue reduction for fes induced knee joint of hemiplegic for rehabilitation [PDF]
Functional electrical stimulation (FES) is one of the treatment for the people with stroke such as hemiplegic body (half body paralysed) by applying small charges of electricity to the muscle to induce the movement.
