American Journal of Rhinology, 1996Based on experience with functional endoscopic sinus surgery in over 200 children, we suggest that technical considerations modify the approach in the pediatric patient. We present details of our surgical approach with emphasis on modifying the uncinectomy. We believe our modifications reduce the incidence of recurrent disease.
