ON STABILILTY OF GENERALIZED ADDITIVE FUNCTIONAL EQUATIONS IN BANACH SPACE
The stability problem arises when a functional equation is replaced by an inequality. When the equation admits a unique solution, we say that the equation is stable. In this paper, an Arunkumar-Agilan type additive functional equation is considered.

Stability of generalized Newton difference equations
In the paper we discuss a stability in the sense of the generalized Hyers-Ulam-Rassias for functional equations Δn(p, c)φ(x) = h(x), which is called generalized Newton difference equations, and give a sufficient condition of the generalized Hyers-Ulam ...

Remarks on hyperstability of the Cauchy functional equation
We present some simple observations on hyperstability for the Cauchy equation on a restricted domain. Namely, we show that (under some weak natural assumptions) functions that satisfy the equation approximately (in some sense), must be actually solutions

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

On a Functional Equation Associated with ($a,k$)-Regularized Resolvent Families
Let and be given. In this paper, we study the functional equation , for bounded operator valued functions defined on the positive real line . We show that, under some natural assumptions on and , every solution of the above mentioned functional equation ...

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

On the stability of a cubic functional equation in random 2-normed spaces
In this article, we propose to determine some stability results for the functional equation of cubic in random 2-normed spaces which seems to be a quite new and interesting idea.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve
