Lewis Acid–Base Synergistically Enhancing Practical Composite Electrolyte for Fluoride‐ion Batteries at Room Temperature

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A quasi‐solid‐state fluoride ion battery with various practical qualities is implemented by a salt‐polymer‐ceramic composite electrolyte. β‐PbSnF4, as an active filler, can greatly improve the electrochemical stability and conductivity of the electrolyte, opening up new possibilities for cutting‐edge electrolyte design for fluoride ion batteries ...

Metabolic modelling links Warburg effect to collagen formation, angiogenesis and inflammation in the tumoral stroma.

open access: yesPLoS ONE
Cancer cells are known to express the Warburg effect-increased glycolysis and formation of lactic acid even in the presence of oxygen-as well as high glutamine uptake. In tumors, cancer cells are surrounded by collagen, immune cells, and neoangiogenesis.

Self‐Powered UV Dual‐Band Photodetector Based on Cs3BiCl6/GaN Heterojunction for Logical Operation and Encrypted Photo‐Communication

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Utilizing the special dual‐band absorption characteristics of Cs3BiCl6 and its strong surface‐charge recombination behavior, a self‐powered UV dual‐band photodetector based on Cs3BiCl6/GaN heterojunction is developed. As a result, the photodetector exhibits excellent specific detectivity of 1.23 × 1012 Jones and ultrafast response speed of τr/τf = 28 ...
