Non-functional requirements: from elicitation to modelling languages
Proceedings of the 24th International Conference on Software Engineering. ICSE 2002, 2002Although Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) have been present in many software development methods, they have been presented as a second or even third class type of requirement, frequently hidden inside notes and therefore, frequently neglected or forgotten.

Metabolic Requirements for Renal Function
Hospital Practice, 1979Renal mass accounts for only 0.5% of body weight, yet the kidney consumes 7% of the body's total oxygen uptake. Most is used for tubular transport, but a significant portion contributes to less well-recognized aspects of renal function. Cortical gluconeogenesis capacity, for example, exceeds that of the liver per gram of tissue.

Functional workstation requirements: clinical perspectives
International Journal of Bio-Medical Computing, 1994This white paper details specific requirements for clinical workstations identified by employees in the Department of Veterans Affairs. The requirements can be grouped into the following five categories: general environmental capabilities, input methods, display features, output abilities, and miscellaneous functionality and features.

Modeling the Impact of Non-functional Requirements on Functional Requirements
2014To develop quality software and systems, both functional and non-functional requirements need to be taken into account at the same level of abstraction; and must be traced throughout the development cycle. The concept of goal has been widely used and adopted to represent functional and non-functional requirements. However the issue of the impact of non-

Platform functional requirements
This document outlines the progress in developing the eCREAM integrated platform under Work Package 6(WP6). The primary goal of WP6 is to create a unified platform that integrates various eCREAM modules, including interfaces with hospitals, natural language processing (NLP), semantic transformation, translations, and data analysis. The platform will alsoTronconi, Elisa +3 more

Hardware Requirements For Functional MRI
Proceedings of the Annual International Conference of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society Volume 13: 1991, 2005To perform functional MRI requires faster gradient switching and larger gradients than are usually available. The reasons for this are described. and feasible hardware specifications are given. Some comments are made on very fast digitization, and examples of functional imaging are presented.

PRO4VIP: D2.3 Functional requirements
The scope of this document is to describe the functions and functional requirements that express the needs identified during the Focus Groups with healthcare professionals and patients organised for PRO4VIP’s Work Package 2 (Identification of common uncovered needs, definition of functional requirements and business case).openaire +1 more source
Functional Genomics Requires Ecology
2006Publisher Summary This chapter focuses on model organisms as yeast, Drosophila, C. elegans, and mice because the tools to generate genetic mutations and gene disruptions to study specific gene function are already available. However, the principles are general and can be applied to similar enterprises in any species.

Functional Versus Non-Functional Requirements Analysis
1994Specification languages are usually intended to serve as the foundation for a streamlined software development process in which only one complete formal description of the system is written [13]. Other representations (e.g. implementation code) consistent and correct with respect to the requirements specifications should be generated automatically from
