Functionality preserving shape style transfer

Structuring FP-style functional programs
Computer Languages, 1986Summary: A structure theorem for FP-style functional programs is proven. This result is combined with several pragmatic considerations to obtain a rather different form for many FP programs. The advantages of this form are discussed and a number of examples that illustrate its use are presented.
