Quantitative Comparison Between Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography and Fundus Fluorescein Angiography Images: Effect of Vessel Enhancement.

Ophthalmic Surgery Lasers and Imaging Retina, 2018
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE To compare the vascular parameters derived from optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) and fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) images. PATIENTS AND METHODS Twenty-two eyes of 22 patients were imaged with OCTA and FFA.

Chloroquine Retinopathy

Archives of Ophthalmology, 1966
The maculas of patients with chloroquine retinopathy exhibit a dramatic fluorescence when studied by intravenous fluorescein angiography. This fluorescence is interpreted as being due to a dysplasia of the macular pigment epithelium, which allows the underlying choroidal fluorescence to show through.

Light levels in fundus photography and fluorescein angiography

Vision Research, 1980
Abstract Methods are presented for determining retinal exposures produced by fundus camera systems during photographic and angiographic procedures and for comparing these results with standards developed for the safe use of lasers (ANSI, Z136.1, 1976).

Quantitative Image Sequence Analysis of Fundus Fluorescein Angiography

Ophthalmic Surgery, Lasers and Imaging Retina, 1999
Abstract. Interpretation of retinal angiographic studies has heretofore been largely qualitative. The temporal properties associated with fluorescein fluorescence of normal and pathologic fundus features are quantified to potentiate pixel assignment and fundus feature quantitation for clinical studies where precise image metrology is vital. A Simple Film Marker for Fluorescein Fundus Angiography

Archives of Ophthalmology, 1973
To the Editor. —Fluorescein fundus angiography is now in wide clinical use as a diagnostic procedure. The fundus photographs are usually taken on 35-mm film, in rolls of 20 or 36 exposures. The angiograms of any one patient may contain many photographs of both fundi taken over a period of time, and these may spread over several rolls of film. On other
