TRIM: Simultaneous Thermometry, Ranging, and Imaging via a Monolithic Metalens

ABSTRACT While metasurfaces offer a pathway beyond the discrete architectures of conventional LWIR systems, physically fusing high‐precision thermometry and passive ranging onto a single metalens remains a formidable challenge. Here, we demonstrate a monolithic, dual‐focus metalens capable of simultaneous multidimensional sensing.

The Prognosis after Treatment of Furcation Involvement.

過去に施行した根分岐部病変の処置に対し, その後の経過を追跡し, 特にプラークコントロールの面からこれらの治療方針の再検討を行った。対象は, 外科的根分岐部病変処置施行症例156例とした。結果は以下のことを示した。1) メインテナンス中の4mm以上ポケットの出現率は全体の8.8%で, 特に分岐部関連部で多かった。2) 処置後, 抜歯の転帰をとったものは156例中7例4.5%で, カリエスが原因のもの4例, 歯周疾患の悪化によるものが3例であった。3) 同様にカリエスの発生は156例中16例10%に認められた。これは処置後2年以内に発生するものが多かった。4) プラークの診査は, PCRとP-PCRを用いた。P-PCRは処置歯のプラーク付着を継続的に評価したものである ...

Beyond Electrostatics: Anion‐π+ Orbital Hybridization Underpins High‐Performance Chloride Storage in Poly(arylamine) Organic Cathodes

The fundamental nature of anion storage in p‐type organic cathodes is elucidated using rigid poly(arylamine) frameworks. This study reveals a hybrid covalent‐ionic mechanism for anion‐π+ interactions, driven by synergistic orbital hybridization and electrostatic attraction.

Molecular Mobility of N‐Acetylgalactosamine‐Modified Cyclodextrins on a Polyrotaxane for Highly Efficient Liver Targeting of Antibody Chimeras and Genome‐Editing Ribonucleoproteins

Monovalent N‐acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc)‐modified polyrotaxane enables efficient liver targeting by utilizing ligand mobility. The sliding and rotating cyclic components i.e., cyclodextrin in the polyrotaxane dynamically cluster GalNAc moieties, thereby mimicking trivalent interactions with asialoglycoprotein receptors.

Molecular and Cellular Hallmarks of Age‐Related Vestibular Hair Cell Degeneration

This study utilizes single‐cell RNA‐seq transcriptomes, advanced imaging, and electrophysiology to examine universal and cell‐type‐specific aging signatures of vestibular hair cells. The study shows that impaired hair bundle function is a key driver of age‐related vestibular dysfunction.

Prosthetic rehabilitation of a mandibular root amputated molar using single crown
