Optimal Thermal Control of a Chamber Furnace
Steel in Translation, 2018When using local automatic control systems, the temperature and excess pressure of the hot gas in a chamber furnace are generally chosen independently, without regard for their interrelationships. At the same time, regulation of the fuel and air consumption involves changes in not only the temperature but also the pressure in the furnace chamber. That,

First-principles simplified modelling of glass furnaces combustion chambers
Control Engineering Practice, 2008To control glass furnaces, advanced techniques like Model-Predictive Control are implemented in tools that allow a multi-objective optimisation of the system operation. In this model-based application, computation time is limited and rapid models are required.

Mathematical modeling of an aluminum casting furnace combustion chamber
Metallurgical Transactions B, 1989A mathematical model has been developed for the combustion chambers of aluminum casting furnaces by combining the fluid flow code PHOENICS with a zone model for the radiative heat transfer analysis and a simplified flame model. It offers flexibility in specifying the size and the combustion and heat transfer characteristics of the furnace.

A combination vacuum furnace-sample chamber for ion implantation
Review of Scientific Instruments, 1974A vacuum furnace-sample chamber for ion implantation accelerators has been constructed in which bombardments can be performed at temperatures up to 800°C in a vacuum of <2×10−7 Torr. Construction details are given which permit accurate measurements of temperature and ion current.

Micro-Scale Thermal Sensor Manufacturing for Semiconductor Furnace Chamber
Volume 5: Education and Globalization; General Topics, 2012As the demand of complex and small scale semiconductor devices has been increased, the measurement technologies were developed to meet the accurate requirement in semiconductor manufacturing process. The uniform temperature requirement on the wafer is the major factor related to the semiconductor device yield.

Heat treatment of steel castings in a chamber furnace
Metal Science and Heat Treatment, 1969Forced heating permits even heating of the entire load, the temperature differential at the end of heating amounting to 20–25°C. The heat transfer conditions are greatly improved and the heating time is shortened 40%.

THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE CHAMBER HEATING FURNACE
