Acoustically Activatable Drug‐Loaded Nanodroplets for Mechanochemical Therapy in Solid Tumors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Microfluidically fabricated drug‐loaded nanodroplets are sequentially activated by dual‐frequency ultrasound through acoustic droplet vaporization followed by bubble collapse, enabling spatially controlled drug release and mechanical tumor fractionation, resulting in synergistic mechanochemotherapy and prolonged survival.

Quantifying the Dynamics of Network Detachment Across Scientific, Technological, Commercial, and Pharmacological Domains

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Across scientific, technological, commercial, and pharmacological domains, individuals and organizations disengage from a previously adopted practice not at random, but as their network neighbors detach. The probability of detachment rises with the number of neighbors who have already disengaged. Preferential detachment reshapes network disintegration,

ELF5‐Mediated Enhancer–Promoter Interaction Regulates LALBA Expression in Ovine Mammary Gland

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In the study, we systematically investigate the epigenetic mechanisms underlying lactation traits in sheep by integrating transcriptomic, chromatin accessibility, histone modification, and functional analyses. We identify a super‐enhancer at the LALBA locus and demonstrate that enhancer E4 functions as its core regulatory element.

On the Role of Preprocessing and Memristor Dynamics in Reservoir Computing for Image Classification

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Reservoir computing (RC) is an emerging recurrent neural network architecture that has attracted growing attention for its low training cost and modest hardware requirements. Memristor‐based circuits are particularly promising for RC, as their intrinsic dynamics can reduce network size and parameter overhead in tasks such as time‐series ...

Beyond Charge: Field‐Effect Transistors in Multimodal Biosensing Platforms for Biomolecular Interaction Studies

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This review summarizes the developments in field‐effect transistor (FET)‐based dual‐mode sensor platforms and what can be learned from them. It identifies charge as a crucial factor in biomolecular interactions at interfaces, outlines the challenges of hybrid systems, and highlights their benefits.

Determining the Relationship Between Composition, Structure, and Device Properties of GexSe1‐x‐Based Selector‐Only Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Composition‐dependent structural evolution in GeXSe1‐X selector‐only memory (SOM) is correlated with device switching behavior. Increasing Ge strengthens network rigidity, suppresses atomic motion, and stabilizes threshold switching, while narrowing the memory window. The revealed structure–property relationship provides a guideline for compositionally
