An Indicator‐Based Decision Framework for Circular Bioeconomy Transition in the Steel Industry: Integrating Multiphase Learning and Cooperative Game Modelling

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Despite growing attention to the circular bioeconomy (CBE), the steel industry currently lacks a standardised, sectoral measurement framework to facilitate a low‐carbon transition. In this study, a decision‐support framework for evaluating CBE performance in the steel industry is proposed.

Achieving Carbon Neutrality: Strategic Pathways to Sustainability and Net Zero in Manufacturing Supply Chains

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Reaching global net‐zero targets has become an urgent priority as businesses and nations face increasing pressure to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Achieving carbon neutrality in manufacturing supply chains requires comprehensive systemic changes across business processes.

Gen‐AI Is Not an Option for Environment Sustainability‐Enabling of Gen‐AI for Responsible and Green Supply Chains Using a Grey Network Map (GNM)

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Environmental sustainability in supply chains is no longer considered a compliance concern. It has become a strategic capability challenge, as firms seek to use Generative artificial intelligence (Gen‐AI) to improve decision quality, resource efficiency and responsible operations.

Smoothing fuzzy numbers in AHP

open access: yesRatio Mathematica, 2021
Author is introducing a modification in standard fuzzy AHP procedure to correct the problems of prejudices and biases in participants’ judgements. A smoothing procedure based on concave function is applied to fuzzy numbers to limit the problem of consistency and to achieve more reasonable final priority vectors.

Data‐Driven Analysis of Green Logistics Strategies for the Logistics and Transportation Companies: A Bipolar Fuzzy Methodology

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Global imperatives, such as climate change, environmental concerns, and carbon emissions, make green transformation an inevitability in the logistics sector. Green logistics strategy formulation is an economic choice problem, but it also turns out to be a multicriteria decision‐making (MCDM) process that encompasses the triple bottom line (TBL)

Evaluation of Gas-Fired Combi Boilers with HF-AHP-MULTIMOORA

open access: yesApplied Computational Intelligence and Soft Computing, 2022
There are many alternative gas-fired combi boilers that can be used to heat residential homes. Evaluation and selection of gas-fired combi boilers for buildings is an intricate multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem involving perhaps contradictory

Three Decades of Fuzzy AHP: A Bibliometric Analysis

open access: yesAxioms, 2022
For decades, Fuzzy Sets Theory (FST) has been consistently developed, and its use has spread across multiple disciplines. In this process of knowledge transfer, fuzzy applications have experienced great diffusion. Among them, Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (fuzzy AHP) is one of the most widely used methodologies today.
