Analytic Hierarchy Process Based on Fuzzy Analysis

2006
Analytic Hierarchical Process(AHP) is proposed to give the priority weight with respect to many items. The priority weights are obtained from the pairwise comparison matrix whose elements are given by a decision maker as crisp values. We extend the crisp pairwise comparisons to fuzzy ones based on uncertainty of human judgement.

Analytic Hierarchy Process Based on Fuzzy Logic

2007 9th International Conference - The Experience of Designing and Applications of CAD Systems in Microelectronics, 2007
The issue of analytic hierarchy process for decision making problems is the long-standing question under study. The improved analytic hierarchy process based on fuzzy logic is considered.

Applying the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process in cognitive cities

Proceedings of the 8th International Conference on Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance, 2014
This paper introduces a mobile application (app) as the first part of an interactive framework. The framework enhances the inter-action between cities and their citizens, introducing the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) as a potential information acquisition method to improve existing citizen management en-deavors for cognitive cities. Citizen

WEIGHTED PRIORITIZATION MODELS IN THE FUZZY ANALYTIC HIERARCHY PROCESS

International Journal of Information Technology & Decision Making, 2011
The paper deals with the group prioritization problem in the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. We extend the fuzzy preference programming method to fuzzy group prioritization by introducing important weights of decision-makers (DMs). The modified prioritization problem is represented as a weighted fuzzy goal programming model.

Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Set Theory

2017
The analytic hierarchy process (AHP), introduced by Thomas Saaty (1980), recognized as a modern tool for dealing with complex decision-making may help the decision maker to set priorities to make the best decision. Although vast majority of applications of AHP use crisp data, it is quite possible that the data in many real applications are not crisp ...

Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and analytic network process: An integrated fuzzy logarithmic preference programming

Applied Soft Computing, 2013
This paper proposes a two-stage fuzzy logarithmic preference programming with multi-criteria decision-making, in order to derive the priorities of comparison matrices in the analytic hierarchy pprocess (AHP) and the analytic network process (ANP). The Fuzzy Preference Programming (FPP) proposed by Mikhailov and Singh [L. Mikhailov, M.G.

Performance measure of airline websites using analytical hierarchy process & fuzzy analytical hierarchy process

2014 IEEE International Conference on Control System, Computing and Engineering (ICCSCE 2014), 2014
Airline website is the major online channel that attracts the customers around the globe. The quality of the website is the main concern for the users who use it. Website quality depends on many criteria from both user's and service providers perspective.

Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process with interval type-2 fuzzy sets

Knowledge-Based Systems, 2014
The membership functions of type-1 fuzzy sets have no uncertainty associated with it. While excessive arithmetic operations are needed with type-2 fuzzy sets with respect to type-1's, type-2 fuzzy sets generalize type-1 fuzzy sets and systems so that more uncertainty for defining membership functions can be handled.

Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and its Application

2008
The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is one of the most widely-used multiattribute decision-making methods. In this section we overview the fuzzy AHP methods existing in the literature. We present the four different approaches of fuzzy AHP methods by giving numerical examples.

Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process in Maintenance Problem

2008
This paper proposes the use of Multi-Criteria Analysis for management maintenance processes where only linguistic information was available because this was the type of data provided by the company. We are interested on the problems related to pieces with diverse degrees of dirt. In this direction, we propose and evaluate a maintenance decision problem
