Detection of Fuzzy Association Rules by Fuzzy Transforms [PDF]

open access: yesAdvances in Fuzzy Systems, 2012
We present a new method based on the use of fuzzy transforms for detecting coarse-grained association rules in the datasets. The fuzzy association rules are represented in the form of linguistic expressions and we introduce a pre-processing phase to determine the optimal fuzzy partition of the domains of the quantitative attributes.

Incremental maintenance of discovered fuzzy association rules [PDF]

open access: yesFuzzy Optimization and Decision Making, 2021
Fuzzy association rules (FARs) are a recognized model to study existing relations among data, commonly stored in data repositories. In real-world applications, transactions are continuously processed with upcoming new data, rendering the discovered rules information inexact or obsolete in a short time.

Building an Associative Classifier Based on Fuzzy Association Rules [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems, 2008
Classification based on association rules is considered to be effective and advantageous in many cases. However, there is a so-called "sharp boundary" problem in association rules mining with quantitative attribute domains. This paper aims at proposing an associative classification approach, namely Classification with Fuzzy Association Rules (CFAR ...

Data Mining Using Association Rules for Intuitionistic Fuzzy Data

open access: yesInformation, 2023
This paper considers approaches to the computation of association rules for intuitionistic fuzzy data. Association rules can provide guidance for assessing the significant relationships that can be determined while analyzing data.

Fuzzy Meta-Association Rules [PDF]

open access: yesAdvances in Intelligent Systems Research, 2015
Association rules is a useful tool to extract new information from raw data expressed in a comprehensive way for decision makers. However, in some applications raw data might not be available for several reasons. First, stream data are only temporarily available for their processing or if it is stored, only summaries or representations of the extracted

Fuzzy Association Rule Mining [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Computer Science, 2015
The paper attempts to propose a fuzzy logic association algorithm to predict the risks involved in identifying diseases like breast cancer. Fuzzy logic algorithm is used to find association rules. The results of the study revealed that the prediction is better reliable than conventional methods.

Risk assessment of data asset management based on fuzzy hierarchy method and association rules [PDF]

open access: yesSHS Web of Conferences, 2023
In the current data asset management risk assessment, the processing of assessment indicators is relatively simple, which leads to large errors in the assessment results.

Optimizing Membership Functions using Learning Automata for Fuzzy Association Rule Mining [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Artificial Intelligence and Data Mining, 2020
The Transactions in web data often consist of quantitative data, suggesting that fuzzy set theory can be used to represent such data. The time spent by users on each web page is one type of web data, was regarded as a trapezoidal membership function (TMF)

Neutrosophic Fuzzy Association Rule Generation-Based Big Data Mining Analysis Algorithm

open access: yesInternational Transactions on Electrical Energy Systems, 2022
As a very common and classic big data (BD) mining algorithm, the association rule data mining (DM) algorithm is often used to determine the internal correlation between different items and set a certain threshold to determine the size of the correlation.
