Classification of Incomplete Data Using the Fuzzy ARTMAP Neural Network [PDF]
The fuzzy ARTMAP neural network is used to classify data that is incomplete in one or more ways. These include a limited number of training cases, missing components, missing class labels, and missing classes.

Multi-scale Multi-granularity Decoupled Distillation Fuzzy Classifier and Its Application inEpileptic EEG Signal Detection [PDF]
In the task of epileptic EEG signal detection, deep learning methods exhibit outstanding feature representation capabilities but suffer from poor interpretability. In contrast, the Takagi-Sugeno-Kang(TSK) fuzzy classifier is endowed with superior fuzzy-rule

SpatialESD: Spatial Ensemble Domain Detection in Spatial Transcriptomics
ABSTRACT Spatial transcriptomics (ST) measures gene expression while preserving spatial context within tissues. One of the key tasks in ST analysis is spatial domain detection, which remains challenging due to the complex structure of ST data and the varying performance of individual clustering methods. To address this, we propose SpatialESD, a Spatial

Fusion ARTMAP: An Adaptive Fuzzy Network for Multi-Channel Classification [PDF]
Fusion ARTMAP is a self-organizing neural network architecture for multi-channel, or multi-sensor, data fusion. Fusion ARTMAP generalizes the fuzzy ARTMAP architecture in order to adaptively classify multi-channel data.

Strongly selfguessing fuzzy classifiers
The problem of construction of the fuzzy classification models (fuzzy classifiers) with high generalization ability is discussed. The strong self guessing property of fuzzy classificational models is introduced and examined. It is proved that this characteristic doesn't form a full system of restrictions, i.e., for the unambiguous detection of the most

A Familiartiy-Based Bound on the Expected Error Rate for Classification with the Fuzzy ARTMAP Neural Network [PDF]
We obtain a bound on the expected error rate of the fuzzy ARTMAP neural network employed as a classifier. This bound is based on leave-one-out estimation of the classification error, and is analogous to a bound on the expected error rate for support ...

This study demonstrates that somatic PIK3CA mutations suppress PPT1 expression via activation of the PI3K–AKT–c‐JUN axis. This reduction in PPT1 weakens its interaction with P300, thereby increasing palmitoylation at C1176 of P300 and protecting P300 from lysosomal degradation.
