FUZZY SENSORS FOR FUZZY CONTROL
International Journal of Uncertainty, Fuzziness and Knowledge-Based Systems, 1994This paper introduces sensors employing a fuzzy numeric to symbolic interface. The fundamental design considerations for this kind of fuzzy symbolic sensor, or fuzzy sensor, are formally presented. Then, the use of these components for fuzzy control is discussed and illustrated.

Fuzzy control with fuzzy inputs
IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, 2003This paper is concerned with the use of fuzzy inputs in fuzzy logic controllers. A precise representation of fuzzy logic controllers by means of mappings is used to introduce different ways for dealing with fuzzy inputs. Two types of fuzzy inputs are presented and their potential use in fuzzy control is discussed.

A New Fuzzy PID Control System Based on Fuzzy PID Controller and Fuzzy Control Process
International Journal of Fuzzy Systems, 2020In this paper, we present a fuzzy PID control system as a combination of a fuzzy PID controller and a fuzzy control process, which is represented by a fuzzy control differential equation in linear form. We use the concepts of the generalized Hukuhara differentiability and the fuzzy integral of fuzzy-valued functions to study some qualitative properties

Controllability of Fuzzy Control Systems
IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, 1986Controllability properties of fuzzy dynamic systems are presented using graph representation. The indices of stability and controllability are introduced. A necessary condition for controllability is formulated. An algorithm for finding acceptable controls, based on a Lyapunov-like approach, is presented. A numerical example is given.

A fuzzy mapping from X to Y is a fuzzy set on X × Y. The concept is extended to fuzzy mappings of fuzzy sets on X to Y, fuzzy function and its inverse, fuzzy parametric functions, fuzzy observation, and control. Set theoretical relations are obtained for fuzzy mappings, fuzzy functions, and fuzzy parametric functions.
