New Results on Multiple Solutions for th-Order Fuzzy Differential Equations under Generalized Differentiability

open access: yesBoundary Value Problems, 2009
We firstly present a generalized concept of higher-order differentiability for fuzzy functions. Then we interpret th-order fuzzy differential equations using this concept. We introduce new definitions of solution to fuzzy differential equations.

Preservation of Extracellular Vesicle Integrity and Cargo Using Spiral Microfluidic Chip‐Based Separation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
A spiral microfluidic chip is compared with ultrafiltration for the separation of extracellular vesicles (EVs). The method preserves miRNA cargo and membrane integrity more effectively, resulting in intact vesicle morphology and consistent surface biomarker expression.

A study on intuitionistic fuzzy neutral functional integro-differential PDEs with impulses

open access: yesPartial Differential Equations in Applied Mathematics
This paper investigates the existence and uniqueness of solutions for a nonlocal intuitionistic fuzzy impulsive integro-differential equation, employing intuitionistic fuzzy semigroups and the contraction mapping principle.

Numerical solution of an intuitionistic fuzzy parabolic partial differential equation using an explicit cubic spline method [PDF]

open access: yesNotes on IFS
This paper presents a numerical approach for solving intuitionistic fuzzy parabolic partial differential equations (IFPPDEs) using the explicit cubic spline method. Intuitionistic fuzzy systems, which extend classical fuzzy sets by incorporating a degree

Harnessing Ultrafast Optical Pulses for 3D Microfabrication by Selective Tweezing and Immobilization of Colloidal Particles in an Integrated System

open access: yesAdvanced Photonics Research, Volume 6, Issue 5, May 2025.
Microfabrication using nano‐ to micron‐sized blocks has transformative potential for next‐gen electronics, optoelectronics, and materials. Traditional methods are limited by scalability and precision. STIC, a single‐laser system for precise colloid manipulation and immobilization using femtosecond lasers, is introduced that enables efficient 3D ...

Continual Learning for Multimodal Data Fusion of a Soft Gripper

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
Models trained on a single data modality often struggle to generalize when exposed to a different modality. This work introduces a continual learning algorithm capable of incrementally learning different data modalities by leveraging both class‐incremental and domain‐incremental learning scenarios in an artificial environment where labeled data is ...
