TDP‐43 Aggregation: The Healthy‐Toxic Balance of the Prion‐Like Domain
TDP‐43 function relies on a delicate balance between reversible phase‐separated states and irreversible aggregation. Under physiological conditions, TDP‐43 forms dynamic droplets and oligomers that support normal cellular functions. In pathological contexts, this balance shifts toward aberrant aggregation, leading to toxic species.

An optimized single‐cell transcriptomic framework profiles over 60 000 cells to map the ovine rumen microbiome, partitioning the ecosystem into seven cross‐species functional clusters. In heat‐resistant hosts, a lineage‐specific metabolic shift in Anaerovibrio lipolyticus toward a highly glycolytic phenotype contributes to a “nutritional sparing ...

This paper explores the existence of mild solutions for fuzzy fractional differential equations involving the Hilfer-Katugampola fractional derivative. This derivative generalizes classical fractional derivatives, such as the Riemann- Liouville and Hadamard derivatives, offering a broader framework for fractional calculus.

Deep Learning‐Assisted Coherent Raman Scattering Microscopy
The analytical capabilities of coherent Raman scattering microscopy are augmented through deep learning integration. This synergistic paradigm improves fundamental performance via denoising, deconvolution, and hyperspectral unmixing. Concurrently, it enhances downstream image analysis including subcellular localization, virtual staining, and clinical ...

Abstract In this work, we consider a class of fuzzy fractional delay integro-differential equations with the generalized Caputo-type Atangana-Baleanu (ABC) fractional derivative. By using the monotone iterative method, we not only obtain the existence and uniqueness of the solution for the given problem with the initial condition but ...

Data‐Driven High‐Throughput Volume Fraction Estimation From X‐Ray Diffraction Patterns
Long exposure times and the need for manual evaluation limit the use of X‐ray diffraction in high‐throughput applications. This study presents a data‐driven approach addressing both issues. HiVE (a method for High‐throughput Volume fraction Estimation) performs composition estimation for high‐noise XRD patterns produced using polychromatic emission ...

Cell Segmentation Beyond 2D—A Review of the State‐of‐the‐Art
Cell segmentation underpins many biological image analysis tasks, yet most deep learning methods remain limited to 2D despite the inherently 3D nature of cellular processes. This review surveys segmentation approaches beyond 2D, comparing 2.5D and fully 3D methods, analyzing 31 models and 32 volumetric datasets, and introducing a unified reference ...
