Disaster Risk Planning With Fuzzy Goal Programming
Risk Analysis, 2021AbstractThe uncertainty in the timing and severity of disaster events makes the long‐term planning of mitigation and recovery actions both critical and extremely difficult. Planners often use expected values for hazard occurrences, leaving communities vulnerable to worse‐than‐usual and even so‐called “black swan” events.

Fuzzy goal programming — An additive model
Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 1987An additive model to solve Fuzzy Goal Programming (FGP) is formulated. The method uses arithmetic addition to aggregate the fuzzy goals to construct the relevant decision function. Cardinal and ordinal weights for nonequivalent fuzzy goals are also incorporated in the method. The solution procedure is illustrated with a numerical example.

SOLVING FUZZY GOAL PROGRAMMING PROBLEMS
FUZZY ECONOMIC REVIEW, 2004In standard goal programming (GP) it is assumed that the decision maker (DM) is able to accurately determine goal values. This is unrealistic. Imprecise DM aspiration can be expressed through fuzzy sets whose membership functions represent the DM´s degree of satisfaction.

Interactive Sequential Fuzzy Goal Programming
Computers & Industrial Engineering, 1990Abstract Recently, multiple objective decision making(MODM) has been well established as a practical approach to seek a satisfactory solution to a decision making problem in a limited resources, information, and cognitive ability of the Decision Maker(DM). In this paper, we propose an interactive sequential goal programming(ISGP) which introduce the

This paper illustrates how the goal programming problem with fuzzy goals having linear membership functions may be formulated as a single goal programming problem. Also, a previously defined method for dealing with fuzzy weights for each of the goals is re‐examined.

Fuzzy goal programming for solving fuzzy regression equation
FUZZ-IEEE'99. 1999 IEEE International Fuzzy Systems. Conference Proceedings (Cat. No.99CH36315), 1999The range of a fuzzy regression interval is decided by the collected data and a confidence level, h. Since this confidence level is an overall attitude toward the collected data, if the possibility of occurrence of each datum can be revealed, which can be done by data analysis, then regression analysis should be more precisely done.
