Our study is centered on the aggregation of fuzzy graphs, looking for conditions under which the aggregation process yields another fuzzy graph. We conduct an in-depth analysis of the preservation of several important properties and structures inherent to fuzzy graphs, like paths, cycles, or bridges.

Predicting Immunotherapy Outcomes in NSCLC Using RNA and Pathology from Multicenter Clinical Trials

LIRA, a machine learning‐based model, is developed using transcriptomic data from 891 NSCLC patients in the OAK and POPLAR cohorts. Its predictive performance is validated in multiple external cohorts. Patients stratified by LIRA‐score exhibit distinct clinical characteristics and tumor microenvironment profiles.

Allosteric Modulation of Pathological Ataxin‐3 Aggregation: A Path to Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type‐3 Therapies

CellPolaris: Transfer Learning for Gene Regulatory Network Construction to Guide Cell State Transitions

CellPolaris decodes how transcription factors guide cell fate by building gene regulatory networks from transcriptomic data using transfer learning. It generates tissue‐ and cell‐type‐specific networks, identifies master regulators in cell state transitions, and simulates TF perturbations in developmental processes.
