Fuzzy Soft Ideal, Fuzzy Soft Bi-Ideal, Fuzzy Soft Quasi-Ideal and Fuzzy Soft Interior Ideal Over Ordered Γ−Semiring

open access: yesAsia Pacific Journal of Mathematics, 2018
Summary: In this paper, we introduce the notion of fuzzy soft ordered \(\Gamma\)-semiring, fuzzy soft ideal, fuzzy soft bi-ideal, fuzzy soft quasi-ideal and fuzzy soft interior ideal over ordered \(\Gamma\)-Semirings and study some of their algebraical properties and relations between them.

Picture fuzzy semi-prime ideals

open access: yesJournal of Fuzzy Extension and Applications, 2023
Picture Fuzzy Sets (PFSs) are expanded to include Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (IFSs), with the extra advantage of avoiding underlying limitations. PFS based models may be adequate in situations when we face opinions involving more answer of types: yes, abstain and no. In this paper, the concepts of semi-prime ideals of PFS are explained.

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

Chameleon sequences reveal structural effects in proteins representing micelle‐like distribution of hydrophobicity

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Amino acids sequence of two different proteins with the same sequence (chameleon sequence—black boxes) represent in 3D structure of the proteins different secondary structures: HHHH—helical and BBB—Beta‐structural. The chains folded in water environment adopt different III‐order structures in which the chameleon fragments appear to adopt similar status

Thermoreflectance Detection of Point Defects Resulting from Focused Ion Beam Milling

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Focused ion beam (FIB) milling is a common tool for nanoscale material processing, however irradiation damage, redeposition, and contamination can occur. We use several characterization tools to show FIB‐induced effects beyond 1 mm from the milled area.

Multimodal Data‐Driven Microstructure Characterization

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A self‐consistent autonomous workflow for EBSP‐based microstructure segmentation by integrating PCA, GMM clustering, and cNMF with information‐theoretic parameter selection, requiring no user input. An optimal ROI size related to characteristic grain size is identified.

Essential Bipolar Fuzzy Ideals in Semigroups

open access: yesInternational Journal of Analysis and Applications, 2023
In this paper, we give the concepts of essential bipolar fuzzy ideals in semigroups. We discuss the basic properties and relationships between essential bipolar fuzzy ideals and essential ideals in semigroups Finally, we extend to 0-essential bipolar ...

Fuzzy Toric Geometries

open access: yes, 2008
We describe a construction of fuzzy spaces which approximate projective toric varieties. The construction uses the canonical embedding of such varieties into a complex projective space: The algebra of fuzzy functions on a toric variety is obtained by a ...

A Lightweight Procedural Layer for Hybrid Experimental–Computational Workflows in Materials Science

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
We unveil a prototype hybrid‐workflow framework that fuses automatedcomputation with hands‐on experiments. Built atop pyiron, a lightweight, parameterized layer translates procedure descriptions into executable manual steps, syncing instrument settings, human interventions, and data capture in real‐time today.
