Characterization of a class of fuzzy implication solutions to the law of importation
Fuzzy Sets Syst., 2021The law of importation between fuzzy implications and conjunctions is an important property in both the theory and the application of fuzzy logic. Although many interesting results have been reported in the literature, the related open problem of finding

FUZZY INCLUSION AND FUZZY SIMILARITY WITH GÖDEL FUZZY IMPLICATOR [PDF]
Fuzzy inclusion and fuzzy similarity are introduced as mappings which produce fuzzy sets constructed with the help of Gödel implicator. The properties of resulting fuzzy sets of inclusion and similarity are studied in detail. Some axiomatic characteristics for being fuzzy orders and fuzzy equivalence relations are also included.

The non-contradiction principle related to natural negations of fuzzy implication functions
Fuzzy Sets Syst., 2019The translation of the classical Non-Contradiction (NC) principle, as well as its dual law: the Excluded-Middle (EM) principle, to the framework of fuzzy logic leads to a well-known functional equation involving appropriate aggregation and negation ...

Polynomial constructions of fuzzy implication functions: The quadratic case
Information Sciences, 2019In the last decade, several new construction methods of fuzzy implication functions from one or more given ones have been proposed. Following this line of research, in our paper some construction methods based on polynomial functions of three variables ...

The aim of this paper is to provide the semantical and syntactical characteristics of fuzzy decision implications, an expression concerning two systems of fuzzy-sets. This Pavelka-style fuzzy logic starts from a fuzzy set of fuzzy decision implications and makes deductions from partially true decision implications.
