Xor-Implications and E-Implications: Classes of Fuzzy Implications Based on Fuzzy Xor [PDF]
AbstractThe main contribution of this paper is to introduce an autonomous definition of the connective “fuzzy exclusive or” (fuzzy Xor, for short), which is independent from others connectives. Also, two canonical definitions of the connective Xor are obtained from the composition of fuzzy connectives, and based on the commutative and associative ...

Copulas and fuzzy implications
International Journal of Approximate Reasoning, 2020A significant part of our knowledge is formulated in terms of imprecise (``fuzzy'') words like ``small''. A natural way to describe such knowledge is to assign, to each possible value of the corresponding quantity \(x\), the expert's degree of confidence that this value satisfies the given property (e.g., that \(x\) is small).

In this paper we introduce a fuzzy implication. The proposed fuzzy implication does not belong in one of the well known three general classes of fuzzy implications (S-implications, R-implications and QL-implications). Also we give an extended model of this fuzzy implication in intuitionistic fuzzy set and/or interval-valued fuzzy sets.
