Advanced Science, EarlyView.Single‐cell, spatial, molecular, and pathology analyses identify a CDH3‐associated malignant epithelial state in thymic epithelial tumors. This state links stem‐like and EMT programs to M2 macrophage–rich immunosuppressive niches, genomic instability, poor survival, and drug vulnerability.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.An injectable gelatin‐based tannic acid–iron hydrogel with mild photothermal therapy could not only induce immunogenic cell death, but also elicit ferroptosis of both tumor cells and tumor‐associated macrophages, resulting in DC maturation, T‐cell infiltration and down‐regulation of ferroptosis‐sensitive M2‐type TAMs levels.
