Multidimensional Fuzzy Integrals
2007This paper studies multidimensional fuzzy integrals. We consider a multidimensional generalized fuzzy integral that generalizes the multidimensional Choquet and Sugeno integrals. Then, an extension of part of Fubini's theorem is given. Finally, citation analysis is considered as an example of the application of the results presented here.

A genetic integrated fuzzy classifier
Pattern Recognition Letters, 2005This paper introduces a new classifier, that is based on fuzzy-integration schemes controlled by a genetic optimisation procedure. Two different types of integration are proposed here, and are validated by experiments on real data sets of biological cells.

An integrated fuzzy cells-classifier
Image and Vision Computing, 2006This paper introduces a genetic algorithm able to combine different classifiers based on different distance functions. The use of a genetic algorithm is motivated by the fact that the combination phase is based on the optimization of a vote strategy. The method has been applied to the classification of four types of biological cells, results show an ...

The Fuzzy Riemann-Stieltjes Integral
International Journal of Uncertainty, Fuzziness and Knowledge-Based Systems, 1998In the classcial sense, the expectation is sometimes defined as Riemann-Stieltjes integral. In this paper, we propose the concept of fuzzy Riemann-Stieltjes integral to make the expectation of fuzzy random variable applicable to statistical analysis for imprecise data.
