First-order logic system $\mathbf{IMTL_{Q}^{*}}$ and triple I method in fuzzy reasoning with linguistic quantifiers

Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, 2014
Based on first-order fuzzy logic system $\mathbf{K}^{*}$ and Ying's framework for linguistic quantifiers modeled by Sugeno integrals, a many-sorted first-order logic system $\mathbf{IMTL_{Q}^{*}}$ is constructed. Applying the triple I method, some fuzzy reasoning forms with linguistic quantifiers are investigated.

An interactive multi-user decision support system for consensus reaching processes using fuzzy logic with linguistic quantifiers

Decision Support Systems, 1988
Abstract We present an interactive user-friendly microcomputer-based decision support system for consensus reaching processes. The point of departure is a group of individuals (experts, decision makers,…) who present their testimonies (opinions) in the form of individual fuzzy preference relations.

Fuzzy Queries with Linguistic Quantifiers for Information Retrieval from Data Bases

1986
Abstract : This system is an extension of Prolog toward semantic unification for processing vague queries on a relational data base containing imprecise or uncertain informations. Representation of imprecise and uncertain knowledge is based on fuzzy sets and possibility and necessity measures. A treatment of fuzzy linguistic quantifiers is presented.

Fuzzy Logic with Linguistic Quantifiers: A Tool for Better Modeling of Human Evidence Aggregation Processes?

1988
Publisher Summary This chapter presents two fuzzy logic-based calculi of linguistically quantified propositions. These logics are concerned with the calculation of the truth of the linguistically quantified propositions generally written as “QY's are F” and “QBY's are F”, where Q is a linguistic quantifier, B is importance, Y is a set of objects, and
