Interval-valued and intuitionistic fuzzy mathematical morphologies as special cases of L-fuzzy mathematical morphology [PDF]
Mathematical morphology (MM) offers a wide range of tools for image processing and computer vision. MM was originally conceived for the processing of binary images and later extended to gray-scale morphology.

Generation of fuzzy mathematical morphologies [PDF]
Fuzzy Mathematical Morphology aims to extend the binary morphological operators to grey-level images. In order to define the basic morphological operations fuzzy erosion, dilation, opening and closing, we introduce a general method based upon fuzzy ...

Segmentation of Medical Images using Fuzzy Mathematical Morphology
Currently, Mathematical Morphology (MM) has become a powerful tool in Digital Image Processing (DIP). It allows processing images to enhance fuzzy areas, segment objects, detect edges and analyze structures. The techniques developed for binary images are

Neutrosophic Algebraic Mathematical Morphology [PDF]
In this paper, we introduce and study the NeutroAlgebra structure and many of operations and properties of the mathematical morphology. This is a generalization of the operations of fuzzy and classical mathematical morphology.

On Neutrosophic Crisp Sets and Neutrosophic Crisp Mathematical Morphology [PDF]
In this paper, we analyze the basic algebraic operations of neutrosophic crisp sets and their properties, show that some operations of neutrosophic crisp sets with type 2 and type 3 are not closed by counter examples, and give some new operations.

Time Series Analysis by Fuzzy Logic Methods
The method of analyzing data known as Discrete Mathematical Analysis (DMA) incorporates fuzzy mathematics and logic. This paper focuses on applying DMA to study the morphology of time series by utilizing the language of fuzzy mathematics.

Impulsive Noise Removal with an Adaptive Weighted Arithmetic Mean Operator for Any Noise Density
Many computer vision algorithms which are not robust to noise incorporate a noise removal stage in their workflow to avoid distortions in the final result. In the last decade, many filters for salt-and-pepper noise removal have been proposed.

In this paper, the definition of three-dimensional generalized discrete fuzzy number (3-GDFN) is introduced based on the representation theorem of one-dimensional discrete fuzzy number and the similarity measure definition of two 3-GDFNs is given.

Fuzzy soft mathematical morphology [PDF]
A new framework which extends the concepts of soft mathematical morphology into fuzzy sets is presented. Images can be considered as arrays of fuzzy singletons on the Cartesian grid. Based on this notion the definitions for the basic fuzzy soft morphological operations are derived.
