ABSTRACT Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) remains largely incurable due to the blood‐brain barrier (BBB) and immunosuppressive microenvironment. While boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) selectively eradicates tumor cells via 10B(n, α)‐7Li reactions, its clinical potential in GBM is unrealized because of the suboptimal pharmacokinetics of conventional ...

Optical Windows for Transcranial Brain Imaging in Living Mice: Skull Thinning, Clearing, and Beyond
Longitudinal, noninvasive in vivo imaging is crucial for studying brain physiology. Advances in transcranial optical windows and multiphoton microscopy have improved imaging depth, but their performance often deteriorates over time. This work investigated various transcranial window approaches and found that skull regrowth limits image quality.

On the convergence of sequences of measurable functions on the fuzzy measure space
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the convergence of sequence of measurable functions on fuzzy measure spaces. Several classical results on the convergence of measurable functions, such as Egoroff's theorem, Lebesgue's theorem and Riesz's theorem, are extended to fuzzy measure spaces by using the pseudometric generating property and order ...

A closed‐loop brain–machine interface with a PFAPT hydrogel electrode identifies prefrontal θ‐band as a neuropathic pain biomarker. The hydrogel enables stable 28 d ECoG recording and delivers θ‐triggered cortical stimulation, alleviating pain and affective behaviors in rats via bidirectional regulation of inflammation and central sensitization ...
