A Divergence-Based Distance Measure for Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets and Its Application in the Decision-Making of Innovation Management

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
The theory of intuitionistic fuzzy set has attracted much attention because of its stronger ability in depicting and modeling uncertainty. Recent years, numbers of distance measures of intuitionistic fuzzy sets have been proposed to distinguish the ...

Shilkret Integral Based on Binary-Element Sets and its Application in The Area of Synthetic Evaluation [PDF]

open access: yesEngineering and Technology Journal, 2015
The aim of this paper is to present a new framework for studying fuzzy measure and Shilkret integral which is an alternative framework from usual fuzzy measure and Shilkret integral. First, we define a fuzzy measure based on binary-element sets, then, we

Distance-Based Knowledge Measure and Entropy for Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets

open access: yesMathematics, 2023
The knowledge measure or uncertainty measure for constructing interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets has attracted much attention. However, many uncertainty measures are measured by the entropy of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets, which ...

A Generalized Definition of Fuzzy Subrings

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, 2022
In this study, under the condition that L is a completely distributive lattice, a generalized definition of fuzzy subrings is introduced. By means of four kinds of cut sets of fuzzy subset, the equivalent characterization of L-fuzzy subring measures are ...

Fuzzy measures and measures of fuzziness

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, 1984
In this paper, the fuzzy integral defined by the author [Fuzzy Math. 2, 57-68 (1982)] which is different from that defined by \textit{M. Sugeno} [Theory of fuzzy integrals and its applications, Ph. D., Tokyo Inst. of Technology (1974)] is further considered, and it is shown that the measures of ordinary sets and fuzzy sets can be determined by each ...

Multicriteria Decision Making in Tourism Industry Based on Visualization of Aggregation Operators

open access: yesApplied System Innovation, 2023
The modern tourist industry is characterized by an abundance of applied multicriteria decision-making tasks. Several researchers have demonstrated that such tasks can be effectively resolved using aggregation operators based on fuzzy integrals and fuzzy ...

Hermite–Hadamard-Type Inequalities for Coordinated Convex Functions Using Fuzzy Integrals

open access: yesMathematics, 2023
In this paper, some estimates of third and fourth inequalities in Hermite–Hadamard-type inequalities for coordinated convex functions are proved using the non-additivity of the integrals and Fubini’s theorem for fuzzy integrals.

A New Generalized Fuzzy Divergence Measure and Applications

open access: yesFuzzy Information and Engineering, 2015
This paper introduces a new parametric generalized measure of fuzzy divergence with the proof of its validity. The particular cases are proved in the proposed generalized fuzzy divergence measure.

p-SYMMETRIC FUZZY MEASURES [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Uncertainty, Fuzziness and Knowledge-Based Systems, 2002
In this paper we propose a generalization of the concept of symmetric fuzzy measure based in a decomposition of the universal set in what we have called subsets of indifference. Some properties of these are studied, as well as their Choquet integral. Finally, a degree of interaction between the subsets of indifference is defined.

α‐Synuclein aggregation landscape from phase separation to neurotoxic intermediates

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Alpha‐synuclein aggregation in Parkinson's disease involves a complex landscape of transient intermediates, including oligomers, fibrils and liquid–liquid phase separation (LLPS). A view is emerging in which LLPS maturation into solid‐like condensates may contribute to the formation of neurotoxic species.
