Actual metric representing a fuzzy metric
The Journal of Analysis, 2020This paper defines two ordinary metrics, the upper lambda-metric and the lower lambda-metric from a fuzzy metric. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the coincidence between these two ordinary metrics are given. Relations between topologies induced by a metric and its fuzzifications are studied.

Fuzzy polynucleotide spaces and metrics
Bulletin of Mathematical Biology, 2006The study of genetic sequences is of great importance in biology and medicine. Mathematics is playing an important role in the study of genetic sequences and, generally, in bioinformatics. In this paper, we extend the work concerning the Fuzzy Polynucleotide Space (FPS) introduced in Torres, A., Nieto, J.J., 2003.

Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 1984
Fuzzy p.q. metric spaces, supplied with continuity condition, are studied. A one-to-one correspondence between fuzzy p.q. (p) metric and some families of sets is established. The product space of a countable family of fuzzy p.q. (p) metric spaces is p.q. (p) metrizable.
