In this note we show a fixed point theorem for multivalued Caristi's type mappings on a large class of complete fuzzy metric spaces. In fact, this result allows us to characterize complete fuzzy metric spaces with continuous t-norm greater than or equal to the Lukasiewicz t-norm.
