Fuzzy partial (pseudo-)metric spaces
Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, 2014This paper attempts to generalize partial (pseudo-)metric and fuzzy (pseudo-)metric to a more general framework (in this paper, we call it fuzzy (pseudo-)partial metric). Firstly, the concept of fuzzy partial (pseudo-)metric is given. Then the relationships between partial (pseudo-)metric, fuzzy (pseudo-)metric and fuzzy partial (pseudo-)metric are ...

Characterizing completable fuzzy metric spaces
Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 2004The work deals with the separation of points in intuitionistic fuzzy topological spaces (IFTS). The Hausdorfness of an IFTS is described in terms of convergence of nets. It is shown that an IFTS is \(T_2\) if and only if each convergent intuitionistic fuzzy net has a unique limit.

We define fuzzy partial metric space by following the development of fuzzy metric space. The concept of partial metric is investigated to generalize metric space. In particular, the self-distance for any point need not be equal to zero. The main part of this research concentrates on how the idea of fuzzy partial metric space can be defined by following

The target of this study is to describe the notion of 2-fuzzy metric spaces which is the extension of 2-metric space in the setting of that the area of triangle shaped by three distinct points is a convex, non-negative, normal and upper semi-continuous fuzzy number.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the concept of fuzzy multi-metric space by combining Smarandache multi-spaces with fuzzy metric space. Also some characteristics of fuzzy multi-metric space are obtained. Furthermore, we extend the Banach fixed point theorem to (fuzzy) contractive mappings in fuzzy multi-metric spaces.

Fuzzy Metric Space of Weak Fuzzy Complex Numbers and Plithogenic Metric Spaces
International Journal of Neutrosophic ScienceThe main goal of this work is to define for the first time the concept of the metric space of weak fuzzy complex numbers, where we present a suitable metric defined over the ring of weak fuzzy complex numbers, and we study the open balls, closed balls, and torus generated from its structure.

Pointless Metric Spaces and Fuzzy Spaces
1992Recall some definitions and results given in [Gerla 1989]. Apointless pseudometric spacebrieflyp-p-m-spaceis any structure\(R = \left( {R,\leqslant,\delta,\parallel }\right)\) Where (R,≤)is a partial order and \(\parallel :R \to \left[ {0,\infty } \right],\delta :R \times R \to \left[ {0,\infty } \right)\) are functions such that for everyx, y,z∈R $$
