We generalize the definition of a fuzzy graph by replacing minimum in the basic definitions with an arbitrary [Formula: see text]-norm. The reason for this is that some applications are better modeled with a [Formula: see text]-norm other than minimum.

Actions, norms, subactions and kernels of (fuzzy) norms
2010Summary: We introduce the notion of an action \(Y_X\) as a generalization of the notion of a module, and the notion of a norm \(\Delta: Y_X\to F\), where \(F\) is a field and \(\Delta(xy) \Delta (y')=\Delta (y)\Delta (xy')\), as well as the notion of fuzzy norm, where \(\Delta: Y_X\to [0,1]\subseteq \mathbb R\), with \(\mathbb R\) the set of real ...

Fuzzy sets and t-norms in the light of fuzzy logic
International Journal of Man-Machine Studies, 1988Starting with an introduction to the structure of the lattice of membership grades and a brief presentation of first-order fuzzy logic, the authors devote their paper to the correspondence between fuzzy logic and fuzzy set theory, namely the impact of fuzzy logic on the operations with fuzzy sets.

Fuzzy topology generated by fuzzy norm
2016Summary: In the current paper, consider the fuzzy normed linear space \((X,N)\) which is defined by \textit{T. Bag} and \textit{S. K. Samanta} [Fuzzy Sets Syst. 151, No. 3, 513--547 (2005; Zbl 1077.46059)]. First, we construct a new fuzzy topology on this space and show that these spaces are Hausdorff locally convex fuzzy topological vector space. Some

Normative and Fuzzy Aspects of Medical AI
2019 IEEE 19th International Conference on Bioinformatics and Bioengineering (BIBE), 2019Normative and fuzzy aspects of Medical AI are examined and a framework is presented for the purpose of designing architectures that can accommodate the lifelong growth of data and knowledge pertaining to an individual's health, together with relevant privileges and permissions for access, growth and utilization of such a system.

Summary: In this paper, we introduce a new approach to generate a fuzzy norm using a classic norm and a continuous Archimedean $t$-norm (CATN). Our method involves two steps. First, we utilize a CATN to create a continuous additive generator (CAG). Then, we employ the corresponding additive generator (AG) and a classic norm to generate a fuzzy norm.
