Fuzzy Optimal Solution of Interval-Valued Fuzzy Transportation Problems

There are several methods to solve the unbalanced fully fuzzy transportation problems in which the total availability is less than the total demand. In these methods a dummy source, is added to balance the problem. As this added dummy source does not exist actually, it is not genuine to apply existing methods to get real life solutions.

GA to optimize approximate solutions of fuzzy relational equations for fuzzy systems or controllers

A GA (genetic algorithm) method for discrete time fuzzy model identification is proposed. The approach consists of three levels of optimization in order to minimize a quadratic performance index. Two numerical examples prove the applicability of this simultaneous optimization of the mentioned levels by GA.

In this paper, we make a study on the optimal fuzzy coalition structure and the corresponding imputation of a class of fuzzy cooperative games which are said to be ‘with Choquet integral form’. Using linear programming, we show that optimal fuzzy coalition structure does exist in this class of fuzzy cooperative games.
