Decoding Spatial Heterogeneity and Multi‐Omics Regulation with Hierarchical Graph Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Recent advances in spatial multi‐omics technologies have enabled the simultaneous profiling of multiple molecular layers within the same tissue slice, providing unprecedented opportunities to investigate tissue spatial organization. However, most existing computational methods identify spatial domains in a purely data‐driven manner, rarely ...

Approximate Solution of Linear Fuzzy Random Ordinary Differential Equations Using Laplace Variational Iteration Method

open access: yesIraqi Journal of Science
In this article, the Laplace transformation method in connection with the variational iteration method will be used to solve approximately fuzzy random ordinary differential equations. After that, the sequence of approximated closed form iterated solutions is derived based on the general Lagrange multiplier evaluated using the well-known convolution ...

Tunable Dynamics via Dual‐Ion Modulation for Event‐based Data Processing Using a Highly Uniform and Self‐Rectifying Memristor Array

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Tunable dynamics of an interface‐type memristor array enabled by dual‐ion modulation through Ag nanoclusters are demonstrated. A 32 × 32 one‐resistor (1R) array exhibits 100% yield with high temporal/spatial uniformity (<3%) and a rectification ratio of 105.

Opinion dynamics of leaders and followers with multi-criteria influence functions for urban transport project application

open access: yesComputational Urban Science
This work proposes an opinion dynamics model describing public interactions on a given issue of public interest, with opinion leaders expressing changing support or opposition over time. Motivated by a system of ordinary differential equations from prior

From Label‐Free Multiphoton Imaging to Pathological Reports: A Vision‐Language Breast Cancer Margin Pathological Diagnosis System

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
MarginPath is a novel vision‐language system that automates breast cancer margin assessment using a single label‐free multiphoton microscopy image. By integrating tumor‐associated collagen signatures with virtual H&E imaging, it generates accurate margin heatmaps and comprehensive diagnostic reports.

Fixed point theorems for single valued α-ψ-mappings in fuzzy metric spaces

open access: yes, 2019
This article is the forward result of α-admissible and (α,ψ)-contractive mappings in fuzzy metric spaces. We establish new theorem for such contractions to find fixed point in fuzzy metric space. Our Theorem is generalizations of some interesting outputs

TRIM: Simultaneous Thermometry, Ranging, and Imaging via a Monolithic Metalens

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT While metasurfaces offer a pathway beyond the discrete architectures of conventional LWIR systems, physically fusing high‐precision thermometry and passive ranging onto a single metalens remains a formidable challenge. Here, we demonstrate a monolithic, dual‐focus metalens capable of simultaneous multidimensional sensing.

Bandgap‐Engineered PtxTey:Ag2Te Composite Quantum Dots Enable Programmable NIR‐II Imaging and Photothermal‐Immune Synergistic Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A bandgap‐engineered PtxTey:Ag2Te quantum dot platform enables tunable NIR‐IIb emission for deep‐tissue imaging and mild photothermal therapy. Conjugation with αPD‐L1 confers dual tumor targeting and real‐time monitoring of PD‐L1 dynamics. Mild photothermal modulation induces immune reprogramming, enhancing checkpoint blockade efficacy and achieving ...

Numerical methods for solving first and second order fuzzy differential equations [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
Fuzzy differential equations (FDEs) with fuzzy initial conditions are studied as a suitable setting for the modeling of problems in science and engineering in which uncertainties or vagueness prevails.
