Impact of fuzzy volume fraction on unsteady stagnation-point flow and heat transfer of a third-grade fuzzy hybrid nanofluid over a permeable shrinking/stretching sheet

open access: yesEngineering Applications of Computational Fluid Mechanics
In current work, the unsteady stagnation point’s flow on a special third-grade fuzzy hybrid [Formula: see text] nanofluid (HNF) through a permeable convective shrinking/stretching sheet has been scrutinized.

Self‐Powered Flexible Triboelectric‐Gated Ion‐Gel Transistor for Neuromorphic Tactile Sensing and Human Activity Recognition

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A fully flexible ion‐gel‐gated graphene‐channel transistor driven by a triboelectric nanogenerator enables self‐powered tactile sensing and synaptic learning. Mimicking spike‐rate‐dependent plasticity, the device exhibits frequency‐selective potentiation and depression, supporting rate‐coded neuromorphic computation even under flex.

Strict Stability of Fuzzy Differential Equations by Lyapunov Functions

open access: yes, 2018
In this study, we have investigated the strict stability of fuzzy differential systems and we compare the classical notion of strict stability criteria of ordinary differential equations and the notion of strict stability of fuzzy differential systems ...

Transparent Perovskite Light‐Emitting Diodes with Conductive Oxide Top Electrodes

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Transparent perovskite light‐emitting diodes (TrPeLEDs) enable simultaneous display and transparency, expanding application possibilities. Using a metal oxide buffer layer and pulsed laser deposition, TrPeLEDs with diverse compositions and architectures are demonstrated.

Conductive Hydrogels for Exogenous Sensing and Cell Fate Control

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We engineer electrically conductive hydrogels by combining sulfated glycosaminoglycans with semiconducting polymers. These hydrogels bind bioactive proteins, including growth factors, whose release or retention can be modulated by low‐voltage stimulation. The hydrogels are also integrated as 3D channels in organic electrochemical transistors as part of

Higher derivative block methods of generalised steplength for the direct solution of fuzzy ordinary differential equations

open access: yes, 2023
Differential equations are useful in modelling various concepts and scenarios. However, when considering the initial or boundary conditions for these differential equation models, the use of fuzzy numbers is more realistic and flexible, as the parameters

Soft Hardware, Flowing Software: Reconfigurable Microfluidics for Adaptable Chemical Computation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A reconfigurable microfluidic platform based on soft, photo‐printable, and chemically erasable hydrogel structures printed and erased in situ is used to control flow routing, mixing, chemical patterning, and even chemical computing. Using hardware to control chemical computations decouples logic function from molecular composition, demonstrated via ...

Three-point diagonally implicit block methods for solving ordinary and fuzzy differential equations [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
The focus of this thesis is on the derivations of Diagonally Implicit Block Backward Differentiation Formulas (DBBDF) of constant step size. The first part of the thesis discusses on the modification of Fully Implicit Block Backward Differentiation ...

Solving fuzzy differential equation using fourth-order four-stage improved Runge– Kutta method [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
In this paper the fuzzy improved Runge–Kutta method of order four for solving first-order fuzzy differential equations is proposed. The scheme is two step in nature and is based on the fourth-order improved Runge–Kutta method for solving first-order ...

Numerical Solutions of a Differential System Considering a Pure Hybrid Fuzzy Neutral Delay Theory

open access: yes, 2022
In this paper, we propose and derive a new system called pure hybrid fuzzy neutral delay differential equations. We apply the classical fourth-order Runge–Kutta method (RK-4) to solve the proposed system of ordinary differential equations.
