Spaces with fuzzy partitions and fuzzy transform
Soft Computing, 2017\par The paper considers a categorical approach to the setting of \(F\)-transforms of \textit{I. Perfilieva} [Fuzzy Sets Syst. 157, No. 8, 993--1023 (2006; Zbl 1092.41022)] from approximation theory. The author builds his machinery over an integral commutative quantale \(Q=(Q,\bigvee, \otimes, 1_Q)\) (see, e.g., [\textit{P.

Fuzzy Sets in Clustering: On Fuzzy Partitions
2019Clustering is often classified as an unsupervised machine learning approach. It has been extensively used for data analysis. It permits us to extract some structure from a data set. Clustering can be applied to all types of data.

In General Topology, there exist useful theorems on the existence of partitions of unity for paracompact regular spaces (and also for normal spaces). In this paper, we define the notion of fuzzy partition of unity and we obtain some results about this concept.

Fuzzy partition and fuzzy clustering
1986Summary: In this paper necessary and sufficient conditions in which a fuzzy m- partition would make a fuzzy m-clustering of a sample set X were discussed. Further, on the basis of analyzing the clustering situation of a fuzzy partition we propose indexes for fuzzy clustering validity. Finally, fuzzy sets describing cluster were estimated.

Fuzzy Weighted Support Vector Regression With a Fuzzy Partition
IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics, Part B (Cybernetics), 2007The problem of the traditional support vector regression (SVR) approach, referred to as the global SVR approach, is the incapability of interpreting local behavior of the estimated models. An approach called the local SVR approach was proposed in the literature to cope with this problem.
