Fuzzy precompensation of PID controllers

Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy-PID and Fuzzy-PID-Based Controller Design for Helicopter System
2019The paper presents designing and control of two-degree-of-freedom helicopter system, with two degrees of freedom. The helicopter is a combination of rotor motors which helps to lift the body of system. This is a nonlinear and unstable system in nature. The control techniques focused are adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference-PID and fuzzy-PID.

Genetic multi-stage fuzzy PID controller with a fuzzy switch

The multistage controller uses the fuzzy switch to blend a proportional-plus-derivative fuzzy logic controller with an integral fuzzy logic input.

A fuzzy PID controller being like parameter varying PID
FUZZ-IEEE'99. 1999 IEEE International Fuzzy Systems. Conference Proceedings (Cat. No.99CH36315), 1999A fuzzy-PID controller using the minimum inference engine and center average defuzzification is analyzed and shown that it behaves approximately like a parameter varying PID controller. We then try to analyze the effect of this kind of controller when using different rule bases. Simulation results are used to demonstrate the feasibility of this method.

Intelligent Fuzzy PID Controller
2008This chapter aims to describe the development and two tuning methods for a self-organising fuzzy PID controller. Before application of fuzzy logic, the PID gains are tuned by conventional tuning methods. In the first tuning method, fuzzy logic at the supervisory level readjusts the three PID gains during the system operation.
