Imaging of Biphoton States: Fundamentals and Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Quantum states of two photons exhibit a rich polarization and spatial structure, which provides a fundamental resource of strongly correlated and entangled states. This review analyzes the physics of these intriguing properties and explores the various techniques and technologies available to measure them, including the state of the art of their ...

The Influence of Social Priming on Speech Perception [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Speech perception relies on auditory, visual, and motor cues and has been historically difficult to model, partially due to this multimodality. One of the current models is the Fuzzy Logic Model of Perception (FLMP), which suggests that if one of these ...

VIVID: A qPCR‐Based Platform for Sensitive and Quantitative In Vivo Tracking of Extracellular Vesicles

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study introduces VIVID (Vesicle In Vivo Identification using DNA), a qPCR‐based platform that tracks PCR‐amplifiable DNA tags loaded in the EVs for accurate and quantifiable EV biodistribution in vivo. ABSTRACT Extracellular vesicles (EVs) represent promising carriers for nucleic acid therapeutics, offering advantages over synthetic nanoparticles ...

Remarks on Sugeno Integrals on Bounded Lattices

open access: yesMathematics, 2022
A discrete Sugeno integral on a bounded distributive lattice L is defined as an idempotent weighted lattice polynomial. Another possibility for axiomatization of Sugeno integrals is to consider compatible aggregation functions, uniquely extending the L ...

ROUGH PRIME IDEALS AND ROUGH FUZZY PRIME IDEALS IN GAMMA-SEMIGROUPS [PDF]

open access: yesCommunications of the Korean Mathematical Society, 2009
The notion of rough sets was introduced by Z. Pawlak in the year 1982. The notion of a i-semigroup was introduced by M. K. Sen in the year 1981. In 2003, Y. B. Jun studied the roughness of subi- semigroups, ideals and bi-ideals in i-semigroups. In this paper, we study rough prime ideals and rough fuzzy prime ideals in i-semigroups.

Bio‐Inspired Magnetically Tunable Structural Colors from Elliptical Self‐Assembled Block Copolymer Microparticles

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Cephalopod‐inspired photonic microparticles with dynamic structural coloration are fabricated via confined self‐assembly of linear block copolymers into ellipsoids containing stacked lamellae. Embedded superparamagnetic nanoparticles enable rapid magnetic alignment, restoring vivid, angle‐dependent color.

The Rough Intuitionistic Fuzzy Ideals of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Subrings in a Commutative Ring

open access: yesFuzzy Information and Engineering, 2014
The aim of this paper is to give some definitions of rough intuitionistic fuzzy ideal, rough intuitionistic fuzzy radical, rough prime (primary) intuitionistic fuzzy ideal and rough semiprime intuitionistic fuzzy ideal of an intuitionistic fuzzy subring,

On Weakly Prime Fuzzy Ideals of Commutative Rings

open access: yesJournal of Engineering Technology and Applied Sciences, 2019
In this paper, we present a new notion of fuzzy ideals : called weakly prime fuzzy ideal. Let R be a commutative ring with non-zero identity. A nonconstant fuzzy ideal µ of R is called weakly prime fuzzy ideal if 0_t != x_r y_s ∈ µ implies x_r ∈ µ or y_s ∈ µ for all t ∈ (0, µ(0)]. We investigate some properties of this notion.

Statistically Resolving Thickness‐Dependent Electrical Characteristics in Multilayer‐MoS2 Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A large number of MoS2 flakes were screened to obtain high‐quality flakes based on optical intensities in R, G, and B channel images. The flakes were classified from Level 1 to 6 based on optical intensities in the R, G, and B channel images. Low‐quality flake exhibited wrinkled, folded, or overlapped features, while high‐quality displayed a neat ...

Fully fuzzy prime semigroups

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2005
We characterize those semigroups for which each fuzzy ideal is prime. We also characterize those semigroups for which each fuzzy right ideal is prime.
