Smart Energy–Harvesting Coating for Moisture–Droplets Based on Ionic Diodes and Transistor–Like Structures

A smart power‐generating coating is developed to harvest energy from both ambient humidity and impacting liquid droplets. The integrated system delivers sustained open‐circuit voltages of 0.85 V from moisture and up to 36 V from droplets. Its scalable coating architecture enables a continuous power supply for low‐power electronic devices.

Single‐Crystal PZT‐Driven Organic Piezo‐Phototronic Adaptive Transistors Toward Advanced Spatiotemporal Visual Computing

In Situ Quantization with Memory‐Transistor Transfer Unit Based on Electrochemical Random‐Access Memory for Edge Applications

By combining ionic nonvolatile memories and transistors, this work proposes a compact synaptic unit to enable low‐precision neural network training. The design supports in situ weight quantization without extra programming and achieves accuracy comparable to ideal methods. Highly Sensitive Heterojunction‐Gated Phototransistor With Detection Wavelength Ranged From 350 to 1700 Nm

This work demonstrates a heterojunction‐gated infrared phototransistor for broadband detection from 350 to 1700 nm. By suppressing defect states on nonpolar (100) facets of large PbS quantum dots via hybrid ligand passivation, the device achieves a room‐temperature detectivity of 5.7 × 1013 Jones at 1650 nm.

Mechanism of Solid Solution‐Driven Texture Induced by Ag Doping in YBCO Superconductor

Ag‐doped YBCO with a designed concentration gradient is produced by dual‐material co‐extrusion and freeze‐drying. During annealing, Ag+ ions diffuse into Y123, substituting for Cu(1) and inducing c‐axis relaxation. GHRHR Deficiency Enhances Retinal Ganglion Cell Survival and Visual Functions in Experimental Glaucoma by Inhibiting Ferroptosis

PIK3CA Mutations Downregulate PPT1 to Promote Adipogenesis by Suppressing P300 Depalmitoylation and Phase Separation

This study demonstrates that somatic PIK3CA mutations suppress PPT1 expression via activation of the PI3K–AKT–c‐JUN axis. This reduction in PPT1 weakens its interaction with P300, thereby increasing palmitoylation at C1176 of P300 and protecting P300 from lysosomal degradation.
