Vestibular Patient Journey: Insights From Vestibular Disorders Association (VeDA) Registry
ABSTRACT Objective Vestibular symptoms impose a high burden of disability. Understanding realâworld diagnostic and treatment pathways can identify care gaps and guide interventions. We aimed to characterize symptom profiles, diagnostic trends, provider involvement, and treatment patterns in vestibular disorders.

Objective The study aimed to identify symptomâbased predictors of dry eye disease (DED) signs in the Sjögren's International Collaborative Clinical Alliance (SICCA) cohort. Methods We performed a retrospective analysis examining 16 ocular symptoms (most graded 0â4) and artificial tear (AT) use (graded 0â3) as predictors of DED signs (abnormal ocular ...

Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process with ordered pair of normalized real numbers
Abstract The Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a widely used multi-criteria decision theory, and most AHP relies on the judgments of experts to derive priority scales. However, the judgment of experts may be subjective, and different experts may give different judgments for a problem.

Robust Spot Melting by 3D Spot Arrangements in Electron Beam Powder Bed Fusion
This work proposes an approach to replace separately melted contours for spot melting in electron beam powder fusion. Adapting the spot arrangements close to the contour combined with stacking yields a comparable surface quality without the inherent challenges of separate contours, as demonstrated, by electron optical images and roughness measurements.

Multimodal DataâDriven Microstructure Characterization
A selfâconsistent autonomous workflow for EBSPâbased microstructure segmentation by integrating PCA, GMM clustering, and cNMF with informationâtheoretic parameter selection, requiring no user input. An optimal ROI size related to characteristic grain size is identified.
