Functional relations and fuzzy relational equations

No. 02TH8622), 2003Investigates a class of fuzzy relational equations, involving functional relations. It is shown how they can be solved, with ideas originating from the concept of truth-qualification of a fuzzy proposition. Limit equation of fuzzy relation and its application
2004 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man and Cybernetics (IEEE Cat. No.04CH37583), 2005Mamdani proposed the first fuzzy controller, which was described by fuzzy linguistic rules and fuzzy relations. The stability of this type fuzzy controller is closely related to fuzzy relations. In this paper, a limit equation is first deduced from the stability conditions of generalized fuzzy control systems.

2018In this paper some results of the theory of fuzzy relation equations are generalized, when fuzzy relations defined on fuzzy sets instead of crisp sets are considered. We find the biggest (or the smallest) solution of a fuzzy relation equation with different types of compositions.

A new solution methodology for fuzzy relation equations
