The method of learning outcomes assessment based on fuzzy relations [PDF]

open access: yesBulletin of the Polish Academy of Sciences: Technical Sciences, 2019
The paper presents the method of assessment of learning outcomes acquirement by students. The analysis is based on the results of the final matriculation exam in mathematics. For crisp and both types of fuzzy relations, cut scores (passing scores) can be

SOLVING TRANSPORT LOGISTICS PROBLEMS IN A VIRTUAL ENTERPRISE THROUGH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE METHODS [PDF]

open access: yesTransport Problems, 2017
The paper offers a solution to the problem of material flow allocation within a virtual enterprise by using artificial intelligence methods. The research is based on the use of fuzzy relations when planning for optimal transportation modes to deliver ...

Types of Complex Fuzzy Relations with Applications in Future Commission Market

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, 2021
In this paper, we introduce types of relations on complex fuzzy sets such as the complex fuzzy (CF) inverse relation, complex fuzzy reflexive relation, complex fuzzy symmetric relation, complex fuzzy antisymmetric relation, complex fuzzy transitive ...

Fast Fuzzy Inference in Octave [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems, 2013
Fuzzy relations are simple mathematical structures that enable a very general representation of fuzzy knowledge, and fuzzy relational calculus offers a powerful machinery for approximate reasoning.

Rough Fuzzy Substructures of Quantale Module Under Soft Relations and Corresponding Decision-Making Methods

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2023
This research paper has developed a way of roughness of fuzzy substructures by using soft relations for developing rough fuzzy substructures in Quantale module. Thus, an innovative concept of fuzzy substructures of Quantale module under rough environment

Combinational reasoning of quantitative fuzzy topological relations for simple fuzzy regions. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2015
In recent years, formalization and reasoning of topological relations have become a hot topic as a means to generate knowledge about the relations between spatial objects at the conceptual and geometrical levels. These mechanisms have been widely used in

Interpolative relations and interpolative preference structures [PDF]

open access: yesYugoslav Journal of Operations Research, 2005
Relations are very important mathematical objects in different fields of theory and applications. In many real applications, for which gradation of relations is immanent, the classical relations are not adequate. Interpolative relations (I-relations) (as

Fuzzy groups, fuzzy functions and fuzzy equivalence relations

open access: yesFuzzy Sets and Systems, 2004
To each fuzzy subgroup a fuzzy equivalence relation is associated and it is proved that a fuzzy subgroup is normal if and only if the operation of the group is compatible with its associated fuzzy equivalence relation. In the definition of fuzzy subgroup only the subset is fuzzy whilst the group operation remains crisp.
