Non-Compact Hopf Maps and Fuzzy Ultra-Hyperboloids
Fuzzy hyperboloids naturally emerge in the geometries of D-branes, twistor theory, and higher spin theories. In this work, we perform a systematic study of higher dimensional fuzzy hyperboloids (ultra-hyperboloids) based on non-compact Hopf maps.

Cell Segmentation Beyond 2D—A Review of the State‐of‐the‐Art
Cell segmentation underpins many biological image analysis tasks, yet most deep learning methods remain limited to 2D despite the inherently 3D nature of cellular processes. This review surveys segmentation approaches beyond 2D, comparing 2.5D and fully 3D methods, analyzing 31 models and 32 volumetric datasets, and introducing a unified reference ...

Strings, Dipoles and Fuzzy Spheres
I discuss a scaling limit, where open strings in the WZW-model behave as dipoles with charges confined to a spherical brane and projected to the lowest Landau level.

Composition‐Aware Cross‐Sectional Integration for Spatial Transcriptomics
Multi‐section spatial transcriptomics demands coherent cell‐type deconvolution, domain detection, and batch correction, yet existing pipelines treat these tasks separately. FUSION unifies them within a composition‐aware latent framework, modeling reads as cell‐type–specific topics and clustering in embedding space.

Reconstructing Quantum Geometry from Quantum Information: Spin Networks as Harmonic Oscillators
Loop Quantum Gravity defines the quantum states of space geometry as spin networks and describes their evolution in time. We reformulate spin networks in terms of harmonic oscillators and show how the holographic degrees of freedom of the theory are ...

Noncommutative geometry of phase space
A version of noncommutative geometry is proposed which is based on phase-space rather than position space. The momenta encode the information contained in the algebra of forms by a map which is the noncommutative extension of the duality between the ...
