RoundMi: A quantitative method to analyze mitochondrial morphology in mitotic cells

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
RoundMi is a workflow for rapid analysis of mitochondrial morphology in mitotic cells. By combining adaptive preprocessing with automated segmentation and quantification, it enables accurate measurements from single focal plane images, reducing acquisition time and computational demands while remaining compatible with high‐throughput fixed and live ...

Protocol for quantifying miRNA trafficking across the endosomal membrane

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
An in vitro protocol measures miRNA uptake into endosomes isolated from mammalian cell extracts, which are free of subcellular contaminants. Performed at 37 °C in the presence of ATP, it ensures the import of single‐stranded miRNA into the endosomal lumen.

On inf-Hesitant Fuzzy Γ-Ideals of Γ-Semigroups

open access: yesAdvances in Fuzzy Systems, 2022
The notions of an inf-hesitant fuzzy Γ-ideal and a sup,inf-hesitant fuzzy Γ-ideal, which are a generalization of an interval-valued fuzzy Γ-ideal, of a Γ-semigroup are introduced and some properties are investigated.

Empowering Adult Learning How AI Fuels Progress Across Disciplines and Professions

open access: yesNew Directions for Adult and Continuing Education, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This article examines the evolving role of artificial intelligence (AI) as a transformative cognitive partner across educational and professional fields. It explores how AI shifts attention away from routine technical tasks and toward human‐centered skills such as critical thinking, ethical decision‐making, and professional judgment.

Vestibular Patient Journey: Insights From Vestibular Disorders Association (VeDA) Registry

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Vestibular symptoms impose a high burden of disability. Understanding real‐world diagnostic and treatment pathways can identify care gaps and guide interventions. We aimed to characterize symptom profiles, diagnostic trends, provider involvement, and treatment patterns in vestibular disorders.

Cracking the Code: Which Ocular Symptoms Predict Dry Eye Signs? Insights From a Large International Sicca Registry

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective The study aimed to identify symptom‐based predictors of dry eye disease (DED) signs in the Sjögren's International Collaborative Clinical Alliance (SICCA) cohort. Methods We performed a retrospective analysis examining 16 ocular symptoms (most graded 0–4) and artificial tear (AT) use (graded 0–3) as predictors of DED signs (abnormal ocular ...

Fuzzy Parameterized Intuitionistic Fuzzy Soft Sets and Their Application to a Performance-Based Value Assignment Problem

open access: yesJournal of New Theory, 2019
Soft sets have been successfully applied to many different fields to cope with uncertainties. Recently, to increase the success of the applications, these sets have been combined with other theories, such as fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets.

Hesitant Fuzzy Soft Sets with Application in Multicriteria Group Decision Making Problems

open access: yesThe Scientific World Journal, 2015
Soft sets have been regarded as a useful mathematical tool to deal with uncertainty. In recent years, many scholars have shown an intense interest in soft sets and extended standard soft sets to intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets, interval-valued fuzzy soft ...

A spherical fuzzy correlation coefficient based on statistical viewpoint with its applications in classification and bidirectional approximate reasoning [PDF]

open access: yesArchives of Control Sciences
Spherical fuzzy sets are more powerful in modelling the uncertain situations than picture fuzzy sets, fermatean fuzzy sets, Pythagorean fuzzy sets, intuitionistic fuzzy sets, and fuzzy sets.

(2,1)-Fuzzy sets: properties, weighted aggregated operators and their applications to multi-criteria decision-making methods

open access: yesComplex & Intelligent Systems, 2022
Orthopair fuzzy sets are fuzzy sets in which every element is represented by a pair of values in the unit interval, one of which refers to membership and the other refers to non-membership.
