Fuzzy subgroups as union of two fuzzy subgroups

Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 1993
The problem of writing a fuzzy subgroup of a group \(G\) as a union of two fuzzy subgroups has been discussed by Dixit et al. In this paper an attempt is made to study this problem further in a broader framework of nontrivial decomposition of a fuzzy subgroup.

Fuzzy ε-subgroups

Information Sciences, 2010
The aim of the paper is to investigate the known classical problem of a partition of a semigroup into a family of groups in the lattice-valued (fuzzy) framework. For that purpose, a fuzzy subgroup of a fuzzy subsemigroup is introduced and characterized by cuts, using the cutworthy approach. As a main result it is proved that a fuzzy subsemigroup can be

On preferential Sylow fuzzy subgroups

Quaestiones Mathematicae, 2017
In this paper, for a prime p, we propose some plausible denitions for the notion of Sylow fuzzy p-subgroup of a nite group. We derive a number of results for nite fuzzy groups using one of the proposed denitions. We also discuss some of the relationships between various proposed denitions for suitability, including the crisp case, with some examples ...

Primary fuzzy subgroups

Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 2000
Orders of fuzzy subgroups were introduced by \textit{S.~Ray} [Inf. Sci. 69, No.~3, 185-200 (1993; Zbl 0784.20039)] and examined by \textit{J.-G.~Kim} [Fuzzy Sets Syst. 61, No.~2, 225-230 (1994; Zbl 0824.20059); Math. Jap. 39, No.~2, 357-360 (1994; Zbl 0814.20063)] and \textit{J.-G. Kim, H.-D. Kim} [ibid. 46, No.~1, 163-168 (1997; Zbl 0882.20047)].

$$-Q-fuzzy Subgroups

2019
In this paper, the notations of $ $-Q-fuzzy subset and $ $-Q-fuzzy subgroup are introduced, and necessary properties related to these two concepts are proven. In the past part in this work, the effect of the $ $-Q-fuzzy subgroup on the image and inverse-image under group anti-homomorphism are studied.

Fuzzy Sylow subgroups

Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 1992
The author defines fuzzy Sylow \(p\)-subgroups of a group \(G\). Some of the results are: (i) A subgroup of a finite group \(G\) is a Sylow \(p\)-subgroup iff its characteristic function is a fuzzy Sylow \(p\)-subgroup of \(G\), (ii) If \(\mu\), \(\theta\) are two fuzzy Sylow \(p\)-subgroups of \(G\) such that \(\text{Im }\mu = \text{Im }\theta\), then

Groups and fuzzy subgroups II

Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 1993
This is a continuation of the first author's part I [ibid. 39, 323-328 (1991; Zbl 0718.20036)]. The paper brings examples of characterizations of properties of finite groups by suitable properties of their fuzzy subgroups [cf. also the second author, Fuzzy Sets Syst. 47, 347-349 (1992; Zbl 0797.20064)].
