Evolution of Physical Intelligence Across Scales
By following the evolution of physical intelligence across scales, this article shows how intelligence arises from materials, structures, physical interactions, and collectives. It establishes physical intelligence as the evolutionary foundation upon which embodied intelligence is built.

Fuzzy r-continuous and fuzzy r-semicontinuous maps
We introduce a new notion of fuzzy r-interior which is an extension of Chang's fuzzy interior. Using fuzzy r-interior, we define fuzzy r-semiopen sets and fuzzy r-semicontinuous maps which are generalizations of fuzzy semiopen sets and fuzzy ...

The concept of fuzzy space is due independently to Poincaré and Zeeman. (Poincaré used the term "physical continuum", Zeeman the term "tolerance space". I have reluctantly introduced a third expression since my attempts to generate a vocabulary from

Hesitant Fuzzy Topological Spaces
In this study, we define a hesitant fuzzy topology and base, obtain some of their properties, respectively, and give some examples. Next, we introduce the concepts of a hesitant fuzzy neighborhood, Q-neighborhood, closure, and interior and obtain some of

Cell Segmentation Beyond 2D—A Review of the State‐of‐the‐Art
Cell segmentation underpins many biological image analysis tasks, yet most deep learning methods remain limited to 2D despite the inherently 3D nature of cellular processes. This review surveys segmentation approaches beyond 2D, comparing 2.5D and fully 3D methods, analyzing 31 models and 32 volumetric datasets, and introducing a unified reference ...

Quantitative fuzzy topological relations of spatial objects by induced fuzzy topology
This paper presents a study on the modeling of fuzzy topological relations between uncertain objects in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Based on the recently developed concept of computational fuzzy topological space, topological relations between simple fuzzy spatial objects are modeled.

Parametric Analysis of Spiking Neurons in 16 nm Fin Field‐Effect Transistor Technology
Energy efficient computing has driven a shift toward brain‐inspired neuromorphic hardware. This study explores the design of three distinct silicon neuron topologies implemented in 16 nm fin field‐Effect transistor technology. While the Axon‐Hillock design achieves gigahertz throughput, its functional fragility persists. The Morris–Lecar model captures

ON L-FUZZY (K,E)-SOFT NEIGHBORHOOD SPACES
In this paper, we define L-fuzzy (K, E)-soft neighborhood spaces and investigated the topological properties of L-fuzzy (K, E)-soft uniformity in stsc-quantales.
