MAFF Suppresses Necroptosis in Pancreatic Cancer via the GATA4‐MLKL Axis
Cancer Science, Volume 117, Issue 8, Page 2181-2193, August 2026.MAFF promotes pancreatic cancer progression by acting as a transcriptional repressor of the GATA4‐MLKL axis, thereby inhibiting necroptotic cell death. This study identifies the MAFF‐GATA4‐MLKL pathway as a novel therapeutic target and a significant prognostic biomarker for pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
