MAFF Suppresses Necroptosis in Pancreatic Cancer via the GATA4‐MLKL Axis
Cancer Science, EarlyView.MAFF promotes pancreatic cancer progression by acting as a transcriptional repressor of the GATA4‐MLKL axis, thereby inhibiting necroptotic cell death. This study identifies the MAFF‐GATA4‐MLKL pathway as a novel therapeutic target and a significant prognostic biomarker for pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

Ecology and Evolution, Volume 16, Issue 6, June 2026.This study sequenced and annotated the complete 17,230 bp mitochondrial genome of Ovophis makazayazaya, which contains 13 protein‐coding genes (PCGs), 2 rRNAs, 22 tRNAs, and a D‐loop region, with a significant AT bias (57.2%).
