Intelligent CAD Systems for Generation G Code
2020Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems are now indispensable in many industries, such as mechanical, aeronautical, electrical, architectural, and automobile industries. In this paper show link between a CAD application and an excel file that generates G code.

Direct G-code manipulation for 3D material weaving
SPIE Proceedings, 2017The process of conventional 3D printing begins by first build a 3D model, then convert to the model to G-code via a slicer software, feed the G-code to the printer, and finally start the printing. The most simple and popular 3D printing technique is Fused Deposition Modeling.

2014
In Chapters 4 and 5 we developed a model (an STL file) and sliced it to make it ready to print. We did not really talk much about what is in that sliced file (a .gcode file) and what to do with it. To carry forward the metaphor from Chapter 5, we will now turn on the oven and figure out how to actually “bake the cake.”

Abstract Date Presented 3/31/2017 We examined payments for Medicare patients with stroke before and after implementation of the new coding system to illustrate how to use propensity score matching approaches to measure the impact of payment interventions while avoiding bias due to differences in patient mix or patient ...

Using extended G-code algorithms for networked industrial robots
Proceedings of the Fourth International Workshop on Robot Motion and Control (IEEE Cat. No.04EX891), 2004With the development of automation techniques, industrial robots have been developed from independent automation units to standard automatic devices of large-scale automation systems. Although it is necessary to network industrial robots, doing so is very difficult due to the robot's non-open controller.

G-code assisted fast phase unwrapping
Applied OpticsDigital fringe projection (DFP) has proven effective for high-resolution and high-speed three-dimensional (3D) data acquisition. Established phase-retrieval methods for DFP such as multi-frequency and over-constrained multi-field-of-view unwrapping, can suffer from edge effects or depth-of-field constraints. This paper presents a novel phase unwrapping

Trajectory generation for the hybrid robot from G code
2013 18th International Conference on Methods & Models in Automation & Robotics (MMAR), 2013A trajectory generator is one of the most important part of a CNC machine control system. It is required to ensure the smooth tool movement and feed rate changes, which can be done by limiting the jerk. The reason of developing the generator was the necessity of providing values of displacement, feed rate (velocity) and acceleration for all axes of ...

G-code programming applied in human voice frequency analysis
2013 E-Health and Bioengineering Conference (EHB), 2013This paper presents an G-code algorithm that could be applied in signal processing. The aim of this algorithm is to extract the feature from a noised signal by denoising (noise removing) wavelet transformation method. Using a graphical programming environment, LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Engineering Workbench), an application for the ...

A General G-Code Algorithm for Deep Hole Drilling
Journal for Manufacturing Science and Production, 2015AbstractHole drilling is the most common machining operation performed on computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools or machining workshops. Drilling appears to be a relatively simple process however; when it involves drilling deep holes, it becomes one of the most complicated metal cutting processes.
